Should the system support Deep pan vs Thin base

Should the action ask whether a pizza should be deep pan or thin base?

I don't think the action should ask. But, I think it could be a good idea to include suggestions for crust type. Similar to sauces in #28, I think three things can happen to implement this:

1. Define a crust with the pre-made pizzas. If there isn't a specific crust, maybe leave it blank and the result either doesn't include a crust or suggests a random one.
2. Randomly select a crust when generating a random pizza
3. Ability to ask for a random crust
   • "Alexa, ask Pizza Buddy for a crust"
   • Response includes a random selection from pan, thin, etc.
