When the SurveillanceUnit Tab is opened in MPILab, it initiates the regular check of temperatures.
It is not possible to close or stop this task.

When the MPILab window is closed by the user, the task tries to continue fetching temperatures and runs into an error.
This error message will then be displayed regularly in the console where MPILab was started.
