Ok, I have a problem, this kit works great for all of our operators in the US. However, we have a new operator that works exclusively offshore gulf of Mexico (Tampnet) and this kit will not connect to their network with their SIM. I am trying to troubleshoot how that can be, I know the sim card works because I can use the SIM in an iPad and it connects immediately, even wo setting the APN on the iPad.

What version do you have?
SIM7600E-H or SIM7600A-H?
I was unable to find the frequencies used by Tampnet, you should ring them and ask, to check the compatibility.
