After successful disk migration, the migration gets stuck at "Waiting for inventory refresh" stage for infinite. I have noticed this issue for both OSP and RHV as destination hosts.

@agrare It seems the issue is with global refresh, the vm successfully gets migrated to the destination, however cloudforms unable to refresh the destination provider due to which the migration keep stuck.
@mnadeem92 are there any errors in the logs? Are targeted refreshes running? Does a full refresh pick up the new VM? We need a little more to go on here
