FragPipe v22.0 Output File Throws KeyError #73

Throws key errors when trying to upload a FragPipe output file. The Key Error is being thrown for mods: 57. 0214 for example-an alkylation.

Desktop (please complete the following information):

  • Installation Type: One click installer
  • AlphaMap 0.1.10

Additional context
Seems like columns do not match the FragPip output peptide.tsv file?

Hi - we just created a new alphamap release. could you please check again if your error still exists with the new version?
