For Frames, users of the StoryScapes application in preview mode should not see the frames as they exist but if the user of the StoryScapes application is in composer mode then the frame should be seen by the user.

  • The StoryFrame should only be visible when a user creates the frame prior to clicking 'Add', and when they are editing the frames attributes.
