Add Symbol Configuration to Points - Graduated Styling Option

When styling a Point using the Graduated styling option, there is currently no Symbol configuration option. This should be added so the symbol, color, transparency, etc. can be set and the size is the value that changes.

@copaskevin, Do you want to include this in this release or push it back? Unsure about LoE to accomplish this. work-arounds possible.
