Something is causing the Travis CI build to fail before it ever makes it to the testing phase so all new PRs and current master branch are failing the CI process. Example failing build - https://travis-ci.org/MapStory/mapstory/builds/466263042?utm_source=github_status&utm_medium=notification

The build also had failing tests. I've resolved those now as well.
