Describe the bug

A clear and concise description of what the bug is:

windows 11 window button forecolor bug. beta 2.3.1 (in comparsion with release 2.3.0) fixed the title font color for light-themed apps in dark mode but still has black button forecolor in light-themed apps in dark mode. win 10.0.26100.1742

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  • Select dark theme in windows personalization settings
  • Open any legacy app that doesn't support dark theme, e.g. regedit.exe, notepad.exe, wordpad.exe, mspaint.exe...
  • Corner window buttons (hide, expand, close) have dark forecolor, but should have light
