Terraform destroy deadlock #1

Terraform destroy causes job to freeze.

The following actions must be executed manually for the job to finish:

  1. Delete LoadBalancer from cloud console
  2. Delete VPC from cloud console

First approach to try would be to gracefully destroy k8s cluster before destroying infrastructure
