Retrieve empty data via Facebook

When I try to sign in or create an account via Facebook, it redirects to the customer/account page, but with empty customer information (it looks like the user has successfully logged in) But when I refresh the page, it logout (it seems to me that he has not logged at all).

This case, does not occur when I login with the facebook account administrator (the account that generated the API keys), I checked the configuration facebook api but nothing seems ok to me.
I note that it works fine with Google.
