[FR] Power Loss Recovery with UPS: auto resume printing if power was immediatly restored.

If printer has UPS and power restored within seconds alter loss was detected printer is stuck at "Restart" message, though it's desirable to continue immediately while the bed is still hot.

Describe the feature you want

Add timer to power loss handling. If printer is still alive after time longer, that UPS can sustain (e.g. 1-2 minutes) auto continue printing.
