[Bug]: Skipping in video timeline keeps preview on screen

Describe the bug

1. Play a video
2. tap on the video
3. tap, hold and scroll through the video timeline so that the video preview gets displayed over the video
4. let go of the touchdisplay

Expected Behavior

The video preview should disappear after lifting the finger up from the touchscreen/when the video skips to the selected timestamp.

The UI could also be edited to improve touch controls.
