Hello !

Using marquez quite often now, our database has grown a lot and the UI respond quite slowly.
The SQL query run on this endpoint api/v1/namespaces/namespace_name/jobs/job_name/runs?limit=100&offset=0 often result in a Time out error.
This is quite a big issue for user experience.
