The --animation-xml parameter seems to do nothing

Was trying to create a netanim viz so I can see what was happening, but it doesn't seem to be creating the file. Tried a relative and absolute path. No feedback, or errors indicating a problem.

Oh ya I may have commented that out so it stoped spewing those files for the simulation runs. It ran waaaay faster when I had that code commented out.

Ah yeah makes sense - encoding can be really slow sometimes
