Bump frontend dependencies

Proposal

Update frontend dependencies.

Motivation

It is been almost a year since the last commit and started from then some of our dependencies got new major versions. We should bump them up in order to reduce the number of vulnerabilities, reduce the size of packages, and to help ourselves develop faster, while not depending on deprecated and/or unmaintained code.

Important notes

I prefer not to switch on react of "18.x" and react-router "6.x" versions. The cost of rewriting our code without adding new features doesn't worth it.
