Mismatched archs are not checked ahead of signing

Describe the bug
Devices that do not support the architecture of a given app can get to the point of installing it, but then errors.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Try to install eg the original Flappy Bird

Expected behavior
The user should be alerted that the app they are trying to install is not supported by their device BEFORE the signing procedure happens.
