Versions

ConEmu build: 180626 x32 and x64
OS version: Windows 10 1803 x64, 17134.112
Used shell version: WSL, Ubuntu 18.04, default bash

Problem description

1-2 second delays when launching Midnight Commander, exiting it, or switching mc screens (for example Ctrl+O - hiding panels or F4 - starting editor).

Delays do not exist on native WSL console, on wsltty, or directly on wslbridge.exe from ConEmu.

Might be related to #1323

Steps to reproduce

  1. Unpack portable ConEmu 180626
  2. Start x86 or x64 version
  3. Launch task Bash:bash
3a. sudo apt install mc if Midnight Commander not yet installed
  4. mc
  5. Try shortcuts Ctrl+O anywhere in mc, or F4 with selected text file
  6. Exit mc with F10 shortcut

Actual results

1-2 second delays with steps 4 to 6.

Expected results

No delays, like in native WSL console or in wsltty.

This may be not related to WSL after all.
Same delay with Git Bash task and ssh to the machine in local network, compared to standalone Git Bash from standard Git for Windows binary.
