Add full_no_platform and full_no_deprecated config types in config.py
In components-configuration.sh, add test_no_platform, test_full_no_deprecated and test_full_no_deprecated_deprecated_warning, equivalent to the ones in mbedtls but with CMake build system. Compilation flags don't have to stay exactly the same but the ones relevant to the component should be kept the same.
