Uninstalling the lost cities mod #661
Comments
No unfortunatelly this is not possible. You may have some luck in making an actual copy of the generated world but if you can get it to work you'll get ugly chunk boundaries at new chunks |
I didn't have a luck when making a copy. It just doesn't start. But if it is possible somehow, then it would be awesome even with ugly chunk boundaries. On the other hand your mod is awesome as well so the best it would be just to get for example Lost Cities for 1.22 soon. I'm software engineer, so I understand it is time consuming and probably dependent on Forge version. I could contribute maybe. But I haven't tried to onboard myself into MC's mods yet. |
Minecraft 1.22 isn't out yet. So hard to make a mod for a Minecraft version that doesn't exist yet :-) |
Wow, indeed. I meant 1.21.4 with Pale Garden. I thought update like this deserves 1.22 version 😅 My fault. |
Is there a way to uninstall the mod and continue playing this world following the newest MineCraft versions? The problem is that we would like to eliminate delay between the newest MC version and our world, but we are depending on Lost Cities mod now. However, when I remove file from mods directory, then we are no longer able to use this world.
