Crash When Breaking Power Level Block

When breaking the Power Level block, the game will crash 100% of the time. I also tested this with only RFtools mods and JEI and still was able to reproduce the crash.

Hmm I cannot reproduce this at all. Even with the same version of forge as you are using. Also since the crash doesn't mention anything of my code I'm not sure what I can do about this. Very weird
