Add characters to support Spanish to tr_ES

We need to add the following characters to support the Spanish patch:

Á É Í Ó Ú Ñ Ü á é í ó ú ñ ü ¿ ¡

We'll use D0-DF to support this.

We can pull some of the characters from the telefang patch fonts.

#184 adds this to the patch Font and NarrowFont, but we still need the Robotic/Bold variants and FWF versions to enable these characters in the naming screen.
