Translate the paint shop menu

Like other Medarot games, there is a Paint Shop in this game.

This can be accessed by hacking by changing C480-01 to 22 00.

While the menu text is the same as in Medarot 3, the ペイント text has a slightly different font style across games: the text is a bit larger in height and the coloring is a bit different.
