Translate the MedaSpeed King mini-game

There is a mini-game in Medarot 4 known as MedaSpeed King (メダスピードキング). This can be accessed from the debug menu (state 31) and picking the 24th option from the top. (The state for this starts out at 49 00.)

The first screen of the mini-game contains information about the match-up (and a Japanese graphic on the top).

Afterwards, you must wait for a countdown, and you must control your vehicle by holding Down on the D-Pad. There is an MF meter where you can use A to increase the meter. You'll want to make sure that it stays in the yellow area to maximize speed, so you will have release and press A again as needed. (See screenshot below.)

After you finish, a results screen is shown.

If you hold Down too early before the countdown is finished, you will be disqualified, and a graphic is shown for this:

An early save is attached, since you will need at least one Medabot for this.
