Translate the quiz mini-game

Medarot 4 has a quiz mini-game which contains multiple choice questions. This can be found from the debug menu as the 13th option from the bottom, or the 38th from the top (クイズ). The game state for this is 48.

There are a few kanji graphics that need to be translated.

Below is an example of what a question and possible answers look like, but they seem to be random every time. These text strings may or may not be shared with other parts of the game.
