MediaInfo displays of technical/tag data for video and audio files.

JPEG XL supports animations. Would it be in the scope of MediaInfo to add support for JPEG XL format?

JPEG-XL has its own homepage with sample files https://jpegxl.info/test-page/ and being a JPEG standard it's pretty standard (ISO/IEC 18181-2 container with exif & xml metadata) and well documented https://jpeg.org/jpegxl/

The reference implementation incldes the app 'jxlinfo' which outputs some data, maybe looking at that code might help: https://github.com/libjxl/libjxl

Since Adobe apps now support JPEG-XL, even with the removal from Chrome the format is here to stay - I'm using it a lot. Even if I cannot help with 3 I hope adding it to mediainfo isn't a lot of hassle.
