Fails on coverage output if name of a class in a subdirectory is truncated #3

This is due to an upstream error in tap-out as documented here: scottcorgan/tap-out#42

Quick update that I’ve fixed this in tap-out, forked it, reviewed and applied all the outstanding PRs, and I’m preparing a PR for tap-nyc with tap-out replaced by @small-tech/tap-out that should fix this issue.
