Windows 10

Description

Various tooltips in Megamek Game Options have unexpected line feeds (e.g. see below).

They should also possibly be updated for the new two-volume TacOps page numbers, although I'm not certain exactly how it would be best to handle that (I still only have the old version ... perhaps include references to both versions?)
