MegaMek Lab ver. 0.48.0

Description

MagLev-powered Rail Support Vehicles always have an engine weight of 0 tons, regardless of weight, MP, Engine Tech Rating, or any other discernable factors. See TO:AUE p. 62 for MagLev engine stats and rules.
