The weight of robotics control systems on JS are currently being calculated as a percentage of their total weight.
However IO states that their weight percentage is based upon the left over mass, see IO p141:
"**For JumpShips, the mass of the SRCS is based on the free mass left over after assigning tonnage to the
vessel’s K-F drive system, rather than the tonnage of the entire vessel"
