Exporting BA to PDF resulted in file with no extension and text overflow

Using 49.7, going through File > Export to PDF... > From File, and selecting multiple BLK files, resulted in a file with no extension unless I manually add it to the file name. It always produces a PDF file, so it would be nice if the extension was added automatically if not done so manually.

The weapon and equipment list of some of the designs is taller than the standard box, and causes an overflow into the mechanized/swarm/leg/AP check boxes. There also seems to be a 'loop around' on the Wildman (Advanced) and Wildman (Standard) boxes, where the MRM ammo is written over top of an existing line of text.

Not sure if the fix there could be used in any way to resolve the BA RS issue.
