Environment

49.14 MegaMekLab from MekHq on Linux running Java 17

Description

Created a combat vehicle with tech base Clan, MASH doesn't show up in search unless I set the tech base to IS or Mixed. I cannot add MASH to a Clan vehicle.

Per TechManual p228, MASH Equipment is available to both Inner Sphere and Clan.
