[Feature Request] Sort macros with prefix #5

The PanelDuo (and the Duet Web Control) have a feature, where the macros can be sorted using a prefix in their name

for example:
doSometing.g
2_PrintPrep.g
folder1
1_ToggleLight.g

would be displayed like this:
ToggleLight
PrintPrep
DoSometing
folder1

it makes working with macros a lot easier.
