Kick host if trying to open/close slots

Kick host if trying to open/close slots

This can be prevented by keeping room size, e.g. *keep size 16 will open 16 room slots. If current host kick existing player in the room it can be solved by setting hostkick_tolerance value in LobbyKeeper configuration section. For example if you set it to 1 then if host kicked 1 player and another one, the host will be kicked from match.
