Revert "Release 556.0.0 (#6625)" (#6626)

## Explanation

Reverting #6625 as the [Release
CI](https://github.com/MetaMask/core/actions/runs/17764289481/job/50484256349)
is failing.
The release was manually created and it looks like we messed something
up there.

(The reason for the manual work was that the controller was not showing
up when using `yarn create-release-branch -i`. Maybe because it's the
first release of the controller?)
