[Bug]: Unable to add RPC URL or block explorer when adding custom network

Describe the bug

I am experiencing an issue when attempting to add a custom network. When I try to add an RPC URL, I do not see an input field to enter the URL. The same occurs when I attempt to add a block explorer URL.

Expected behavior

It should give me an option to add RPC URL and block explorer links.

Steps to reproduce

1. Go to Settings
2. Select Networks settings and click on 'Add Network'
3. Select custom networks tab
4. Click on Add RPC URL and you should see the tooltip but no option to add RPC URL
5. Click on Add Block Explorer URL and you should see thetooltip open up but no option to add the link.
