Extend test to multiple Meteor versions #454

Right now GitHub Actions only run on one Meteor versions. We need to extend this to run on multiple versions for those that we have described in package.js to make sure that the package truly works in all of them.

I'm putting this as a good first issue as you can check other repos in this organization to see how they manage to do it to replicate.
