FDS: 2 games no longer load Side B

I'm using the latest unstable nightly for the NES (2024-10-12) and the new features for FDS are spectacular. The saving works in every game now and adjusting the loading time to match original hardware is great.

The only regression appears to be 2 games listed below:
-Neunzehn - 19 (Japan)
-Idol Hotline - Nakayama Miho no Tokimeki High School (Japan)

For whatever reason when both of these games prompt you to load Side B, the core doesn't recognize this function. I've tried adjusting the loading to auto and manual, changing the load speed from fast to original and tried every version of both of these games including the translated versions and nothing works.

Confirmed the same issue too on 20241012. I did get it to load by constantly switching disk sides (1A,1B,1A,1B,1A,1B...etc) manually when prompted, the core will eventually see the disk change and start loading. This worked for both games.

Could confirm it too after a quick test earlier.

Needs to do it manually by abusing the function until the game wants to go further.
