Here are some issues I found with audio behavior:

• There should be a sound when Mario bumps his head on a ceiling
• If you kill Bowser with fire, it still plays the Bowser fall sound when you get the axe

Thanks for taking the time of writing all those issues, most of them are just design choices I made (didnt really want a perfect 1:1 recreating, just wanted to keep the spirit of it while having some liberties with it).
As for the actual bugs (like for example the castle music note hanging on pause) I'll go around and fix those

If that's the case I might fork this to create a more accurate version sometime
