Describe the bug
Text items act weird when dragged. Some icon and boundary cannot display correctly.
To Reproduce
Drag a text window onto another text window. (Actually, text)
Shake the mouse on text a few times until the mouse switches to the select text state.(When the window cannot keep up with the mouse and the mouse enters another window, it also occurs)
Release the left button, it will remain in a dragging state.
Place the window and the compass icon will remain.
It will act like screenshots.

When try to drag it again:
This can happen multiple times:
Moving in this state will cause the additional icon to gradually move up until it reaches the top.
It will return to normal when attempting to move while editing text, step by step.
