Typo in Ex1 Step 4 #3

Next, click Build and create a subfolder in the rood project named EXPORT

Also instructions could be more clear. Do you want the folder in Ex1\Begin\Apollo\EXPORT\UWP?

There is no corresponding folder in the End version.
