Request collection is done via DiagnosticListeners in asp.net core sdk. This is not made like something implementing the
ITelemetryModuleinterface like every other auto-collection modules. This makes configuration of the same different from other modules.It'd be consistent to make this to a
ITelemetryModuleimplementation so that removal/modification of the same will be consistent with how other moduels are added/removed/configured.Version Info
