Thanks for the catch. Looks like we are missing a couple of our command registrations after a recent refactor. Glad you ran into this. Fixing it up now.

@wizardrshah Could you please open up a new issue with your extension version number? This issue was only in a few versions of our insiders releases. If you are still seeing this with current bits it's likely a new issue and we don't want to reopen this issue to deal with it.
