Show Python Interactive window shows busy when not really busy #2025

If you just run 'Show python interactive window' it will start and connect to the server but then sit there waiting for a cell to run.

@jmew , can you check to see how many people actually use this command? Not technically a bug yet.

@greazer about <6K out of ~80K open the window without running any code
