Currently these settings are not documented.
To be more specific, here's the setting
'python.linting.pylintpath'

@DonJayamanne it is documented: https://code.visualstudio.com/docs/python/settings-reference#_pylint .

@DonJayamanne it's because it's in the "settings reference" section, which isn't linked to from the Linting section
