When attempting to 'Run Cell', get error - Cannot read property 'length' of null #3804

Actual behavior

When trying to run a cell the error message

Cannot read property 'length' of null

appears

Expected behavior

Python interactive window starts up

It is fixed in the latest update that just went out.
