Investigate why RemoteFS .py files don't have code lenses for our cells #3706

We got a stack overflow report on this. There is an extension to open up remote files on VSCode and when .py files are opened here we don't provide code lenses. We'll have to see why. Either our schema is missing or some part of the lens provider code is having an issue with the remote file.
