Enable the test explorer and put it behind a feature flag that we can turn on when we are ready. (Hidden config var).

Example on how to enable the sidebar activity.

Test for completion:

  • Turning on the switch shows the 'Beaker' icon in the Activity bar.
  • Turning off the switch hides it.

- Enables the Test Activity in VS Code
- Adds a single view
- Adds a single command (no icon)
- Adds dummy tree view data
