Dark theme setting lost for matplotlib after kernel restart in Interactive Window #3428

VS Code in a Dark theme (I used standard Dark+)
Run a matplotlib plot in the Interactive Window
Verify that plot is visible and dark themed
Restart the kernel
Run the plot again

Expected: Plot is still dark themed
Actually: Plot is now light themed and hard to see.
