Survey feedback:

"In Python interactive mode, it would be nice to have some cell-level operations available like "create cell below", "move to the next cell" etc. Otherwise, "#%%" must be entered manually every time.

add "Add Code Cell", "Add Markdown Cell" commands: the new cell will be inserted below the current cell, or inserted below the current line if no cell exists in the file.
